Gun Safety Seminar
Firearms Safety Course are geared for someone who has little to no firearm experience Couples are highly encouraged to attend together. The course consist of a one to two hour session covering Gun Safety, Gun Storage, Types of firearms and their parts, magazines, ammunition, sights, what to expect at the range, what you need at the range, cleaning your gun and NRA TRAINING COURSES. Range Time is offered to solidify the classroom instruction and increase the students comfort level. This class can be taken without the range time and it can also be tailored to your firearm. Cost $30.00 (no range) $60 ( Range Shooting)
NRA First Steps Pistol, Rifle, or Shotgun Orientation
Firearm Introduction, Firearm Instruction, Responsibility, and Safety Training — is the NRA’s response to the American public’s need for a firearm orientation program for new purchasers. The courses are geared for someone who has little to no firearm experience or needs a refresher course. Typically a 1-on-1 course but can accommodate up to 4 people if needed. Couples are highly encouraged to attend together.
NRA FIRST Steps Pistol is designed to provide a hands-on introduction to the safe handling and proper orientation to one specific pistol action type for classes of four or fewer students. This course is at least three hours long and includes classroom and range time learning to shoot a specific pistol action type. Students will learn the NRA’s rules for safe gun handling; the particular pistol model parts and operation; ammunition; shooting fundamentals; cleaning the pistol; and continued opportunities for skill development. Students will receive the Basics of Pistol Shooting handbook, NRA Gun Safety Rules brochure, NRA Marksmanship Qualification booklet, FIRST Steps Course completion certificate. Cost $95.00

NRA Basic Pistol, NRA Basic Rifle, and NRA Basic Shotgun Courses
The NRA Basic Pistol, Rifle, and Shotgun Courses are Internationally Accepted and Nationally Recognized and the Gold Standard for firearms training.
The NRA Basic Shooting Courses introduces students to the knowledge, skills and attitude necessary for owning and using a firearm safely. Through these courses, the students will learn about firearm safety, ammunition, the parts of the particular firearm type, and operation. Shooting fundamentals will be taught and shooting activities will be discussed. Course materials will be provided, and a written examination is given. During the classes students can use their own firearms or one can be provided for qualification. The courses are objective based. Additional information on each course is below.
NRA Basic Pistol Shooting – Illinois Concealed Carry Part 1
8 Hour NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Class/Illinois Concealed Carry Part 1/State of Florida Non-Resident Concealed Carry Permit Class
Full Description: This class is 8-hours long and includes seven hours of classroom instruction and one hour of range time learning to shoot revolvers and semi-automatic pistols. Students learn NRA’s rules for safe gun handling; pistol parts and operation; ammunition; shooting fundamentals; range rules, and two handed standing positions; cleaning the pistol; and continued opportunities for skill development. Students will receive the NRA Guide to the Basics of Pistol Shooting handbook, NRA Gun Safety Rules brochure, Winchester/NRA Marksmanship Qualification booklet and other firearms safety information. Students will take a Basics of Pistol Shooting Student Examination, firing range aptitude test and will receive a class completion certificate. This class meets the requirements for the first 8 hours of Illinois Concealed Carry as well as the requirements for the State of Florida non-resident concealed carry permit. Information in regards to the Florida non-resident permit will be provided. The course will help prepare the student for participation in other NRA Pistol Courses and getting your Concealed Carry License. Use your own firearm or contact us for options. Approximately 100 rounds of ammo is needed. (can be purchased at the range or requested from the instructor). This course is objective bases and normally runs about 8 hours. Range fee and targets are included in class fee. Cost $150.00.
NRA Basic Rifle is designed to teach the basic knowledge, skills and attitude necessary for the safe use of a rifle in target shooting.

This class is 8 hours long and includes classroom instruction and range time learning to shoot rifles. The class will familiarize the student with different kinds of rifles. Students learn NRA’s rules for safe gun handling; rifle parts and operation; ammunition; shooting fundamentals; range rules; shooting from the bench rest, prone, sitting, standing and kneeling positions; cleaning, and continued opportunities for skill development. Students will receive the Basics of Rifle Shooting handbook, NRA Gun Safety Rules brochure, Winchester/NRA Marksmanship Qualification booklet, take a Basics of Rifle Shooting Student Examination and receive a class completion certificate.Approximately 100 rounds of ammo is needed. This course is objective bases and normally runs about 9 hours. Range fee and targets are included in class fee. Cost $150.00.
NRA Basic Shotgun Shooting is designed to teach how to shoot shotguns at moving targets.
Full Description: Students will learn NRA’s rules for safe gun handling; shotgun parts and operation; shotgun shell components; shotgun shell malfunctions; shooting fundamentals; range rules; shooting at straight away and angled targets; cleaning; and continued opportunities for skill development. Students will receive the Basics of Shotgun Shooting handbook, NRA Gun Safety Rules brochure, Winchester/NRA Marksmanship Qualification booklet, take a Basics of Shotgun Shooting Student Examination and will receive a class completion certificate.This course is objective bases and normally runs about 10 hours. Range fee, shotgun shells, and targets are included in class fee. Cost $200.00. Note: There is an additional fee if sporting clays are chosen, but it is well worth it!

Illinois Concealed Carry Course (Other States Offered)
Teaches the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude essential to the safe and efficient use of a handgun for protection of self and family, and to provide information on the law-abiding individual’s right to self-defense. Ethically, responsibly, and with confidence you will learn to carry a concealed firearm. You will also lean the State and Federal Laws pertaining to carrying, storing, transporting, and using your firearm. Firearm familiarization, selection, hoster selection, draw techniques and much much more is provided during this course. Illinois FOID Card is not required. Use your own firearm or one can be provided for qualification. Approximately 50 rounds of ammunition is needed for the shooting portion of the class. 100-150 rounds if taken with NRA Basic Pistol course. (can be purchased at range or ask the instructor to provide). Range fee and targets are included in class fee.This Course is 16 hours of classroom instruction and range time. Cost is $300.00
Illinois Concealed Carry Renewal
Renew your Concealed Carry License in a personal or group setting. Contact us to schedule your class today. This Course is 3 hours of classroom and range instruction. Cost is $95.00

Arizona Concealed Carry Permit
This is and option course which allows the permit holder to carry a concealed firearm in the following 38 States: Alabama, Arizona Arkansas, , Colorado, Delaware, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Main, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Vermont. The class consist of a four hour classroom session discussing firearm safety, and the Arizona laws which apply to a law abiding concealed firearms holder. When you travel in other states that have a reciprocal agreement with Arizona, It is your responsibility to adhere to the local laws of the state you are in. Cost $100.00

Pistol Coaching
Pistol Coaching is offered to provide one on one instruction and in your local range. Time with the coach will work on one shooting technique at a time. Multiple sessions can be booked to improve your techniques. Cost $35 Per Session
Advanced Concealed Carry Course
Having completed Concealed Carry Training has taught you the Basics Knowledge and Skill to conceal carry a handgun. You shot 30-50 rounds to qualify. The Advanced Concealed Carry Course is going to teach your far greater than the Basics of Pistol Shooting. Firearm Safety, Pistol Nomenclature and Selecting a Pistol for Self-Defense, Basic Defensive Pistol Skills, Drawing from Concealment, Loading and Stoppage Remediation, Mindset, Carry Modes and Pistol Concealment, and Sport Shooting and Training Activities. The student will shoot at approximately 300 rounds of ammunition. Cost $150.00
Advanced Pistol Shooting
The Advanced Pistol Shooting Course is designed to take the shooter who has learned the “Basics” and teach additional knowledge, skill, and techniques to elevate you from the basics to an advanced shooter. Various techniques and coaching are used to help you accomplish your shooting goals. Cost $150.00
Personal Protection Inside The Home (PPITH)
Personal Protection Inside The Home Course is an Intermediate to Advanced Pistol Shooting Course designed to teach the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude essential to the safe and efficient use of a handgun for protection of self and family, and to provide information on the law-abiding individual’s right to self-defense.
This is an eight-hour course. Students should expect to shoot approximately 150-200 rounds of ammunition. Students will learn basic defensive shooting skills, tactics and strategies for home safety and responding to a violent confrontation, firearms and the law, how to choose a handgun for self-defense, and continued opportunities for skill development. Students will receive the NRA Guide to the Basics of Personal Protection In The Home handbook, NRA Gun Safety Rules brochure, the Winchester/NRA Marksmanship Qualification booklet, and course completion certificate. The NRA Basic Pistol Course is a Prerequisite Cost $150
Defensive Pistol or Defensive Shotgun Course
Our Defensive Pistol or Defencive Shotgun Course is designed to teach the student advance tactics in defensive pistol or shotgun shooting. The class cover a wide array of knowledge, skills, and abilities that prepare the student to master skill sets that will arm the student to shoot from a defensive position. This course is objective based. Cost $200.00
NRA CCW
Course Goal: Teaches the basic knowledge, skills and attitude necessary to carry a concealed pistol for personal defense. The NRA CCW Course is intended for all individuals regardless of previous shooting experience or NRA-affiliation. This instructor-led only course gives you direct instruction from an NRA-certified instructor from beginning to end and may be conducted in a classroom and on a shooting range with an Instructor. THIS COURSE IS VERY EXTENSIVE AND OFTEN USED AS AN ADVANCED CCW COURSE.
NRA CCW takes place in a traditional classroom and range environment. This course may be completed in a single day format or over several days with smaller blocks of instruction. This opens the Course Listing page where you will select the NRA Basic CCW and scroll to the bottom of the page to enter details that refine the search criteria to generate a list of available courses. After selecting a course you will enter your information in the registration fields. The course Instructor will contact you shortly thereafter. More Details: Course topics include: Firearm Safety (Mandatory), Pistol Nomenclature and Selecting a Pistol for Self-Defense, Basic Defensive Pistol Skills, Drawing from Concealment, Loading and Stoppage Remediation, Mindset, Carry Modes and Pistol Concealment, Firearm Cleaning, and Sport Shooting and Training Activities. Course length is determined by the Instructor, to meet your State’s requirements for a CCW permit OR advanced CCW. Additionally, students may complete live fire training and a nationally standardized shooting qualification or your states required qualificaion while on the range with an NRA Certified Instructor. Students will receive reference books, take a NRA CCW Student Examination and receive a course completion certificate bearing the signature of the NRA Secretary and your NRA Certified Instructor.

Be Your Own Defender (BYOD) – O.C. Spray Training
Be Your Own Defender (BYOD) classes teach tactical fundamentals to the public. The course instructs Protection, Defense, and Escape through and integrated training system. It is simple to learn and easy to understand. It provides efficient defensive tactics for private citizens without long hours of training. Upon completion of training, the participant will have a basic understanding of the products and how to properly use them. The training provides potation (carrying) and presentation (drawing) procedures for the ASP Defenders and escape techniques. These tactics are quickly learned, easily practiced and readily maintained long after the program is completed. The techniques are designed to work effectively for all individuals, regardless of physical condition.
Each participant receives a nine-piece training kit, included with the class fee. The kit provides everything needed for the class, including the actual Defender OC (pepper spray) device that will be carried on the street for personal protection once training is complete. BOYD Training is 2-3 hours. Cost $125.00

NRA Range Safety Officer
The NRA Range Safety Officer Class is designed for enthusiastic and experienced shooters who would like to be able to put their knowledge and skills to work as a range officer at a club, range or a shooting event.
Full Description: Prospective NRA Range Safety Officers Candidates are people who possess the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude essential to organizing, conducting, and supervising safe shooting activities and firing range operations. Candidates must be over the age of 21 and should be experienced shooters that are involved in many aspects of target shooting, firearms training and range supervision. Becoming an NRA Certified Range Safety Officer will help to expand your already extensive knowledge of firearms safety and allow you to share it with fellow shooting enthusiasts. Once certified you will become a valuable asset to your shooting club, organization and fellow shooters. Range Safety Officer Candidates will learn the roles and responsibilities of an RSO; Range Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); range inspection; range rules; range briefings; emergency procedures; and firearm stoppages and malfunctions. Each Range Safety Officer Candidate will receive an RSO Student Study Guide, a Basic Firearm Training Program brochure, an NRA Gun Safety Rules brochure and a Course Evaluation form.
